About Course
The primary purpose of this training is to provide a thorough understanding of the Role of CAR M in all jurisdictions managed by a GCAA Regulatory environment. To introduce delegates to the working of the CAR M Regulatory Structure and to enable a full understanding of the operator’s responsibilities, Contracted arrangements, and Subpart G responsibilities.
Course Objective
The training is designed for personnel involved in Continuing Airworthiness Management of Aircraft. The course covers the CAR M regulatory framework and its interface with operations and maintenance organizations.
Course Content
The need to take Human Factors into account, Incident attributable to human factors/ human error, Murphy’s Law (General):

Aircraft maintenance program development and amendments.

Airworthiness directive analysis and planning.

Service bulletin analysis.

Planning of maintenance.

Reliability monitoring and engine health monitoring.

LLC control and management.
-
Aircraft document management and archiving (Recordkeeping).

Modifications and CAR 21 approvals.

Technical Review and Aircraft Survey for C of A

Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) issue and re-issue.
Training is in English. Participants should have basic comprehension of the English language.

Course is approved by the Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA) Ministry of Dubai.
