About Trainer

THOMAS VARGHESE

IATA Accredited Trainer in Dangerous Goods

  • Load Control Trainer in all types of Aircraft ( Both DCS and Manual)

  • Independently designed a Color-coded and more user-friendly Load Plan & Load sheet for the Airbus 310 Freighter of Emirates, which after careful studies conducted by our Emirates Operations and Airport Services, got accepted as them official Operational Documents of Emirates, to cancel and replace the corresponding Documents designed and presented by Airbus.

  • Owing to the complexities of the A380, with its revolutionary new concepts related to the CG Centered Fuelling system, most of the senior participants, from the multi-fold Departments, had struggled to understand the Introductory Training conducted by Airbus. Hence, while independently designing the In-house Training, had to deviate from the methodology of Airbus, and adopted a totally different approach, eventually achieving the successful licensing of all our Load Controllers, leading to a smooth and hassle-free transition at the work place.

  • The independently designed “Airside Load Management” Program, in view of its simple style and carefully designed progression, was the first Module from the Ground Operations arena, that was chosen to be hoisted for “E- Learning” It is now considered the Introductory Gate-way Program to all the subsequent Ground Operations Courses.

  • The new Formula that was suggested in relation to the “Non Standard Fuelling” of A310 Freighter, was approved by the Operations Manager to be inducted in the related Training Program and the official Operational Documents.
