  • Prevent fraud by understanding current methods used by fraudsters to compromise airline revenues.

  • Implement a Safety and Security Station Management System in line with industry standards and recommended practices.

  • Motivate and effectively monitor staff performance.

  • Utilize and apply the latest edition of the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM) in real-world scenarios.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Exam Method: Online exam with remote supervision by IATA

  • Exam Format: Multiple Choice questions, Closed Text Book

  • Number of questions: 100

  • Time Allowance: 3 hours

  • Passing Grade: 60 correct answers

  • Distinction Grade: 90 correct answers

  • Number of exam attempts: 2


Certifications


Participants who successfully pass the final exam will be awarded:

  • IATA & KHDA Certificates are awarded to participants who successfully pass the final exam.

  • A Dangerous Goods Regulations Certificate, approved by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), will be awarded

  • An internship at Ras Al-Khaimah International Airport, UAE, is included
