• Contract & Subcontract Management (145.A.205): Understanding the requirements and responsibilities related to contract and subcontract management in Part 145 organizations and ensuring compliance with 145.A.205 through effective contract management practices.

• Managing Competencies in a Part-145 Environment: Importance of managing competencies in a Part 145 environment and strategies for identifying, assessing, and developing competencies among personnel.
