Course Objective:

This program is ideal for new or experienced trainers who did not have formal education on ‘Train the Trainer ‘training. It is also for train the trainers who need a refresher so they realign their classroom techniques and methodologies to facilitate learning for their delegates – who in turn can do the same for their delegates.

Intended for trainers, managers, supervisors or team leaders who deliver training within/out the workplace – any training whether product related or of technical nature or pertaining to soft skills development.


Training Content

  • Recognize the importance of considering the participant and their training needs, including the different learning styles and adult learning principles.
  • Know how to write objectives and evaluate whether these objectives have been met at the end of a training session
  • Develop an effective training style, using appropriate training aids and techniques
  • Design a training course targeted for adult learners
  • Plan the delivery of a course by ensuring that all the key elements of effective training are present
  • Learn how to communicate one's message effectively
  • Develop techniques to overcome barriers to learning
  • Gain techniques for providing encouragement and coaching during the training process
  • Evaluate peers and also receive feedback in the class
